  • Owner & Founder

    For more than 30 years, Rick has helped homeowners transform their houses into homes they'll love for years to come. Known for his attention to detail, sense of humor, and straightforward approach, he believes every successful project starts with listening to his clients and treating their home with the same care he'd give his own. When he's not working, you'll usually find him with his wife and family, spending time with their dogs and cats, or enjoying a good project in the garage. A Florida native who now splits his time between North Texas and Oregon, Rick enjoys helping families create homes they'll love for years to come.

  • Project Manager

    With 8 years of remodeling experience, Drew is known for being hands-on, dependable, and present throughout every project. He enjoys building relationships with homeowners, communicating clearly, and making sure every job is completed the right way. For Drew, the best part of the job is seeing a happy client at the end of a successful remodel.

    Outside of work, you'll usually find him fishing, hunting, or spending time outdoors. He also enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, friends, and their cats. His easygoing personality and sense of humor make him someone clients enjoy having around from the first day of a project to the final walkthrough.

    With years of experience in remodeling and design, Jill is known for going above and beyond for her clients. She's incredibly detail-oriented, believes communication is the foundation of every successful project, and takes pride in making sure homeowners feel supported every step of the way. As both a Designer and Project Manager, she loves turning ideas into beautiful, functional spaces while building lasting relationships with the families she serves.

    When she's not working, Jill enjoys spending time with her adult children. If you stop by one of our job sites, there's a good chance you'll meet her son, Liam, who often helps out around Modern Blu. Her authenticity, passion for people, and dedication to doing things the right way are just a few of the reasons clients love working with her.
